I've been an athlete my entire life. Taking care of my body and my wellness is second nature to me. This is not everyone's reality. Connection is my love language. I love bringing people together, so it only made sense for me to combine two passions (health & wellness, and connection) when I decided to partner with Arbonne.

Supporting people in their wellness journey is a long-term approach. We are unique in our habits, our mentality, our goals, and our challenges, all of which differ. Everyone goes through phases of success, struggle, motivation, and discouragement. I'm here for all of it.

I teach my clients that wellness is a mentality, not a quick fix. It won't happen overnight, and there's no destination. There is only progress through building a process. We will try various approaches and adjust them based on your needs and goals.
