Connection Opportunity post #34
Making connections when using a new framework can be complicated. Some people tend to reject new ways of doing things, others can be fearful of change, and most people just plain feel uncomfortable doing something new.
The questions below help us navigate the complexities of being comfortable in uncomfortable situations.
Take a moment and reflect on how your perspective can impact this process. How can you help? What expectations should you let go of? How are your relationships affected when you are uncomfortable?

Family/Kids: How do we respond to our kids when we are uncomfortable? Do you deflect or redirect? or do you acknowledge the situation and move forward with honesty and clarity?
Personal /Self: What happens when we are uncomfortable or challenged in our bodies? What do you notice?
Clients/students - When we see a solution but want others to see it for themselves, how are we challenged?
Work/professional—How do we influence change in our environment? What do we notice? How is it serving or not serving us?
Nature—Does nature help us clarify whether change is natural and normal? Or does it frustrate us further that we lack control over change?
Community/online networks—How does our community respond to change? How is our community/network supportive when change takes place?
