Connecting to what makes people who they are can be complicated. The person we know today has navigated through experiences we may not know anything about.

The questions below help us navigate the complexities of showing our true selves.

Take a moment and reflect on how your approach can impact the space you open up for others to connect. How can you help? What expectations should you let go of? How are your relationships affected when you show up with curiosity?

  Family/Kids: What can you learn from your family that you didn't know when you approach connection with curiosity?

• Personal /Self: How does your perspective change when you reflect on your road map to how you got to where you are today with curiosity and grace?

• Clients/students - What is something new you learn from someone when approaching them with curiosity?

• Work/professional— How do your connections change when you approach them with a need to understand or learn?

• Nature—What does your life road map look like? Is it stormy with a rainbow? Or snow on the beach?

• Community/online networks—How does our community respond to change? How does our community/network approach respond with curiosity instead of judgment or fear?
