One Life, One Chance: Why Arbonne Should Matter to You

We only get one life. No replays. No do-overs. And if there’s anything I’ve learned, it’s that our health and wellness—not just physical but mental, emotional, and spiritual—determine how fully we get to live it.

As a species, we’ve evolved into a world full of conveniences and technology. But with that, we’ve also evolved into sedentary lifestyles, more screen time than fresh air, and mental wellness challenges that are now at an all-time high. The disconnection so many people feel didn’t happen overnight—and it won’t magically unravel that way either. It takes time. It takes intention.

More and more young people are waking up to this. They know they need to care for their health, but many are missing the deeper piece—connection. I often think about it, especially as a '90s baby. My childhood looked very different than today’s world. I didn’t grow up under the constant surveillance of social media. Every mistake I made wasn’t blasted out for the world to see. That type of scrutiny can wreck confidence and self-worth.

And yet here we are—more intuitive about what our bodies and minds need, but less skilled at real conversation, connection, and confidence.

Why This Matters: Health From the Inside Out

I’ve realized that proper health starts inside and works its way out. It’s not just about hitting the gym or drinking more water—it’s about the small daily decisions that stack up to create the quality of our lives.

The challenge? Trust.

  • Do we trust that small changes will make a difference?

  • Do we trust the products, companies, and opportunities available to us?

  • Or do we dismiss them as “scams” because so many businesses have taken advantage of vulnerabilities in the past?

Here’s the truth: consumer behavior is what it is—we’re all “being sold to.” But the difference lies in how a company operates and whether it’s built on service, value, and integrity.

Why Arbonne

I get asked all the time if Arbonne is a pyramid scheme. My answer: nope. I don’t get paid for “signing people up.” I get paid when products are purchased—like any other business. Just like a coffee shop, gym, or restaurant: you provide a product or service, someone buys it, and revenue is created. Simple.

So why Arbonne? For me, it’s simple: they care.

Yes, they are a business that profits (because Business 101—any company has to in order to survive). But they don’t profit at someone else’s expense. They focus on developing clean, safe, and effective products, as well as creating a sense of community, service, and opportunity. I’ve met countless consultants who use their Arbonne income for philanthropic reasons—funding scholarships, supporting local nonprofits, building healthier communities.

My why is personal. A portion of my earnings goes to support my husband’s fire department foundation. Every year, I donate to support a cause that matters deeply to us. And I plan to keep doing that for as long as I’m here.

So ask yourself: What does your current work do? How does it give back? Does it bring out the best in you, or give you the chance to create something bigger than yourself?

Three Tips for Building an Arbonne Business

If you’ve ever thought about doing something for yourself, here are three principles that have guided me:

  1. Find your crew. Surround yourself with people who lift you up, encourage you, and allow you to be your authentic self.

  2. Find your why. Anchor yourself in the bigger reason you’re doing this. Without it, excuses will always win.

  3. Serve first. At its heart, this is about serving others. The abundance you create comes from helping people live healthier, more empowered lives.

Stick to these, and success will follow. Will it happen overnight? No. But nothing worth building ever does.

Your Life, Your Chance

You only get one life. And the truth is, opportunities don’t wait. Starting an Arbonne business isn’t about chasing quick money—it’s about giving yourself a chance. A chance to improve your health. An opportunity to build financial freedom. A chance to give back. A chance to live more fully in the time you’ve been given.

So my question to you is this: what are you waiting for?

If you’re curious, I’d love to share more. Let’s talk about how this could fit into your life.
