Connection Opportunity post #2
Making decisions is a skill. It's like a muscle we develop over time. Our parents show us examples of how to or not to make decisions over time. Eventually, we all develop a process to use in the world. What is yours? How is that process currently serving you?

Below are some questions to help you evaluate or become more aware of your decision-making process.
How does it serve you, and where can you make changes? Where are your challenges as it relates to connecting with others?
Family/Kids - What decision arises when wanting to be present with your kids?
Personal /Self - What do you tell yourself when you decide something? Is it reinforcing or questioning the decision you just made? Why?
Clients/students - In what ways are you modeling decision-making for your clients/students?
Work/professional - In what ways does your work validate your purpose? Are they aligned?
Nature - What do you notice when you go outside, and what is your physical response? Sounds? Smells? Feeling? Sights?
Community/online networks - What thought crosses your mind when you see/read about someone less fortunate? Is the thought from a place of assumption or judgment? Or curiosity?
