Nurturing fondness in our relationships can be complicated. We want to be careful not to diminish the reality of our connections with other people. Sometimes, they don't click, and that is entirely normal.
Where does admiration show up for you? How do you find the good in people when you feel wrong or slighted? Or do you have to find their humanity, not just the positive or good?
Take a moment and reflect on how mindfulness of how you feel in the moment can impact the space you open up for others to connect. How can you help? How are your connections impacted when fondness and admiration are prioritized?
Family/Kids: Kids and teens can be a lot, we know that. How do you create fondness and admiration with family in challenging moments?
Personal /Self: What does admiration for yourself look like? How do you nurture that or ask for it from others?
Clients/students - How does admiration promote respect? What does mutual understanding do for your connection?
Work/professional— What does a nurturing relationship look like at work? Where does admiration serve you and your connections?
Nature—Where do you admire nature? How do you respect and nurture what nature asks of you?
Community/online networks—How does our community nurture and admire who we are? What does that look like for you?
