Connection Opportunity post #47

Today's connection opportunity is tied to my post about insecurities and personal growth. For most of us, growth is just a buzzword that gives us the idea that we are making progress. In reality, most of us continue to be stuck in our hamster wheel, unsure how to get unstuck, or are in the mindset that we are who we are.

Listen up, people, evolution takes work and intention. Oh, and it doesn't happen overnight. It took me three years of hard work and investment (or, if that helps you sleep at night, money) to look myself in the face and love what I see. Time, energy, and commitment (which is what money is) are something we all have. The decision is yours on where you want to spend them. The outcome is the life you are living. • Family/Kids: What do our kids reflect back to us as we raise them? Weird, I know, but they are just little versions of us.

• Personal /Self: What is the first thing you tell yourself when something goes wrong? How does that impact the outcome?

• Clients/Employees - How does your self-talk impact the energy you give to clients or employees?

• Work/professional— Where are your professional connections filling your yes cup? What connections deplete you? Why?

• Nature— How does nature connect us to what is real and true in our lives? Why does that matter?

• Community/online networks— What do people indicate to you about yourself online? How does that feedback impact your self-talk, or does it?
