Transform Your Story: How Arbonne’s Community & Team Support Drive Real Change

From a young age, I've been a part of a team. I didn't realize it fully until recently, connection has always been my love language. Throughout my teenage years and twenties, I was still trying to find myself within all the teams I was a part of. Family, education, sports, social activities (some good, some not so good). Through it all, I was constantly trying to figure out who I was within my group. What my role was and who I was supposed to be to fulfill my role.
In my thirties, I needed more from my people. I was looking for deeper relationships and more genuine connections. My identity became intertwined with the life I was building: my beautiful babies, my love (who happens to be my biggest cheerleader), and my tribe. They were all cheering so loudly for me, but I couldn't hear it.

In my forty's something shifted. I realized that my strength lies in my love for connections and building teams. I love helping people develop and become the best version of themselves. That is why I have partnered with Arbonne. I love the products, and I value the development and growth that this company promotes. They get that 1% is all it takes to make incremental changes over time. That compound interest matters, and small changes lead to significant impact over time. Consistent progress and habits to support growth all make a difference in our lives.
My goal is to bring people together. Whether it's a mom's hangout, an event for fire spouses, or a social setup for our family, I thrive on bringing people together to feel connected and supported.
So what happens when nature takes away your team? By this, I mean what happens when your classmates graduate and the great scattering happens? Or when your friends all begin to build their families, and you see less of each other because you are just in that phase of life? Whose got you? Who is in your corner?
Where do we turn when our natural team members move on with their lives and we feel a sense of disconnection? We freeze, our confidence dips, and we try to make it through. I'm guilty of this as well. I've been that person who suddenly felt like my tribe found a new one or migrated on without me. The reality is, they didn't. Evolution is simply a natural part of life.
What do we do when we feel a shift begin to happen? How do we ask for help or recognize that we are lacking the support we need?
-We look in the mirror and may not like the reflection.
-We put on some different outfits, hoping to feel more confident, but we don't.
-We go shopping and buy the same new shoes when we have six other colors in our closet (no shame, just fact).
-Maybe we give Amazon some love in hopes it will return the favor.
What do these actions all try to serve? They serve to fill a void. To fill our cup again, to reassure us that we aren't alone. Human beings are social animals by nature. If we aren't getting the love and support, we need to survive, so we seek it elsewhere.
So, who is on your team? What qualities does your team have that light you up? Your work environment, family life, social circles, and internal dialogue. Each one of these teams serves a specific purpose in keeping us alive and thriving. What does yours look like? Is there anything you would change about the team keeping you above the line?

Teams take many forms. They can have a single leader or captain who brings energy and creates steady movement forward. Teams can have a shared vision that comes from multiple members who contribute to bringing that vision to life. Teams can have various roles or star players who spark inspiration within the group, reinvigorating it when it might be stagnant in its growth. Teams can also build brands and create value in our lives. They can serve a communal purpose that resonates with reason and propels bold movements forward.
The team I have joined in Arbonne drives real, lasting change in the lives they touch. Philanthropy, business empowerment, healthier living, and sustainability are at the forefront of this business. This company and its people truly work hard to make the world a better place than they found it.
Whatever your team looks like, you matter to its success. The team would not be the same without you, and that is also true for ours.
