How does gratitude impact us? What is it, and why should it matter? A grateful attitude towards our lives allows us to focus on all we have versus all we don't. Where do you have barriers that impact your ability to find gratitude?

Below are some questions to help you evaluate or become more aware of how experiencing gratitude can bring you together to connect with others.
How does it serve you, and where can you make changes? Where are your challenges related to gratitude? When experiencing competing points of view, how does gratitude make a difference?
Family/Kids - In what ways do you teach your kids to be grateful? How does this help you to connect with what is meaningful to them?
Personal /Self - How often do you stop and recognize all you are grateful for? What changes in your life as you shift slightly to be more intentional to see gratitude?
Clients/students - How can you share that you are grateful for those who want to learn from you or support you? What will sharing your gratitude do for you?
Work/professional - Where can you find gratitude in your work? How does gratitude in your professional life shift your focus at work? What does this do to your connections at work?
Nature - How often are you grateful for the sun to rise? What are your thoughts and feelings surrounding a sunset? Are you thankful for your day, or are you hopeful for a new beginning tomorrow?
Community/online networks - How often do you experience appreciation in your community? Do you have neighbors, strangers, or passersby who convey appreciation for something you do? Do you do the same in return? How does this change your experience out in the world?
