Connection Opportunity post #38

Allowing others to influence us can build more significant connections overall. By considering others' perspectives and views of the world, we open ourselves up to new ideas and opportunities.

Think of a time when you were influenced by someone close to you. How did that influence impact your connection? When we reference influence, we aren't talking about giving someone control. We are referring to opening your perspective to view from a different place in order to connect with someone.

Examples of this can be seen on a project at work or a family vacation. Perhaps even a new experience with someone you've just met for the first time. Allowing influence opens up opportunities to connect in more profound and more valuable ways.
